What is your return policy?
Nuumi items are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they have not been used and are in new and unworn/unwashed condition with the original tags intact. Once the original items are received at Nuumi, your credit card will be credited with the original amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 4-6 weeks upon receipt to process your refund (this is typically how long it takes for banks to credit the amount into your credit card account).

How to return Nuumi purchases:

1. Log in and go to "Your Account".  Click on "History and details of your orders" and click on the order number that you wish to return.  The status of the order should be "Delivered".  If it is not, please contact us via our contact form.

2. Here, you will see details of your order.  Check the boxes next to the items you wish to return, and indicate the quantity you are returning.

3. Please provide a brief explanation for the return, and click on "Make a RMA slip".

4. You will receive emailed instructions on how and where to send your return package (in Hong Kong).


Nuumi is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not given. Please make note of the tracking number in case we need to refer to it.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Can I still exchange my order if I’ve tried it on and it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we can provide a one-time exchange for a different size only provided you do so within 30 days of purchase and the items are in new and unwashed condition with the original tags intact. Once the original items are received at Nuumi, we will exchange it for the requested size. Please allow 1 week upon receipt for Nuumi to process your exchange, and a further 6-10 days for delivery of the exchanged item.

How to exchange Nuumi purchases for a different size:
1.
Right click and download a copy of our Exchange Form and fill in completely
2. Please mail the original items with their original tags along with the completed Exchange Form to: Rm 31-32, Blk B, 6/F, Focal Industrial Centre, 21 Man Lock St., Hunghum, Kowloon

Nuumi is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not given. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Nuumi will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item via Regular mail.
